I got a pair of new buds pro because I lost my old ones and I really like them, the thing is that this new pair:
The left earbud never turns off, in the app looks like if the lid of the case is open and the earbud is outside, but is not. I got both of them charching, lid close and in the app still looks like the left earbud is connected and like the lid case is open.
- I have tried resetting the earbuds as Samsung's instructions says, it hasn't work for me
- I have tried deleting the data from the app, resetting the earbuds, nothing
- I have left the left earbud to run out of battery, still same issue.
Have any of you experience this?

I did that too, didn't work, right earbud is working as expected tho.

I did factory reset, after I paired again, close and open the lid several time, the issue came back. I actually talked to Amazon support just now (thank you very much for the suggestion) and they allowed me to return the item and get a full refund.
