Hi all,
My galaxy buds live have shockingly very little Bluetooth range. If I am listening to music and I place my phone in my pocket, the audio cuts in and out until it eventually disconnects (usually a few seconds). My phone has to be within 2 foot before they start to disconnect. Even when i am nowhere near any other electronic devices, the galaxy buds live still have bad bluetooth range. This also happens when I connect them to my samsung tablet, if i am more than arms-length away (or if i am not facing the screen directly) they disconnect. If I face away from the device they are connected to, the earbud that is furthest away disconnects until I am facing the screen directly again. Other have complained online about the very limited bluetooth range. Someone suggested that I may be wearing the buds to deeply in the ear, however if I was to wear them any differently they would fall out within seconds. This happens with my samsung devices and especially with my iPhone. I hope this is a bug and that it can be fixed with a software update available through android/ios versions of the galaxy wear/buds app. If not can anyone suggest something I can do to reduce this issue. - Resetting does not fix this
Many thanks,
Aston
