Galaxy buds+ not working

My right galaxy buds+ stopped working suddenly, when i place it in the case the red light turns on continuously, and it never turns green, it doesnt connect to my phone so i cant know if ithas battery or not, i dont know what should i d

I had a problem like this a while back. It turned out that the rubber edging of the bud had slipped out of place. I mean the rubber ring part that keeps the bud in your ear. It slides around the bud over a period of time fiddling with your finger and thumb to adjust it. This makes it difficult for the charging pins in the case to touch your bud accurately.
