Galaxy Buds Live With S23 Ultra

Hello - 

I am unable to change the volume of my 'Buds Live' when using them with my S23 Ultra, by pressing each bud for up or down, as I did with my previous Samsung phone.  Other tap commands still work.  Is there a solution to this, please?

Is the software on your Buds Live up to date @Deepgreen?.

Just checked again and they are up to date.

Okay, next step will be to unpair your Buds from your S23 Ultra and then reconnect them.

One more thing. If you go into your Galaxy Wearables app, have you accidentally turned your Buds' Touch Controls toggle to OFF?..

The one, two and three tap commands for track changes work fine, it's just the volume up and down, which I now find also doesn't work when I use them with my Mac Book Pro, when they used to.  I have tried unpairing/resetting and re-pairing, to no avail.

Well, now I have delved into the touch control settings on the app I have discovered that, rather than being turned off, the control function had been changed (don't know how because I haven't fiddled with it).  So, I have changed it back to 'volume control' and all is well!  Many thanks to all for the pointers, which got me to the solution.
