Galaxy buds issue

Hi,

I preordered the Glaxy S10, and yesterday I received the Galaxy buds. But so far I've been unable to make the buds work. THey do indeed pair with my S10, but only one of the buds is working. Whichever I put first in my ear, the other one just disconnects, and I can see that in the app itself. And even the working one is losing connection together with lots of audio cut offs. And I've basically tried everything, my app is up to date, the latets galaxy bud update was installed ( the first thing), I even tried pairing with another Android device, as well as my Gear Fit2. The same happens every time. Only one of the buds is barely working, and the other one is just disconnected. Can you provide any assitance in that matter?

That doesn't sound good! Did you fully charge the Buds before use?

Hi,

yes, of course I fully charged the Buds before I paired them with the S10. But I will try to return them and explain the problem. Hopefully they could be fixed or replaced.

mijn ene buds connect niet meer en als ik het in mij oor steek het maakt zelf niet hmm geluid. terwijl gisteren werkte ze perfect. ik heb alle video gezien over pairing maar nog steeds niets hebt zelf met een andere gsm geprobeer maar het werk nog steeds niSmartSelect_20200417-155516_Galaxy Buds.jpg20200417_155220.jpg
