I recently purchased galaxy buds FE and the right one has been awful ever since i got them. It goes really quiet and crackles and just sounds terrible. I am trying to claim the warranty info but it brings me to this community site and theres no option to "register my product" or claim any warranty info. If someone from Samsung can reach out and help, that would be great.

Where did you purchase them from?
If you purchased through Samsung, then give the customer support a call.
If it was through a third party retailer. Then go back to the retailer.
Assuming you have only just purchased them.

Yeah, I probably should just do that tbh. I managed to get them scheduled for a repair by samsung finally so hopefully that sorts it out.

Purchased from currys in ireland, I assumed I couldnt go to them as I did not purchase the 30 euro add on that protects me from faults and damage. But as they are faulty out the gate, I guess I could have done that. I managed to get them scheduled for a repair by samsung so hopefully all good now. Its a shame because i really like the buds but this right one is awful.
