Just received my Galaxy Buds. I am able to connect through bluetooth and listen to music etc and I can also install my buds on the wearable app. When everythings set up, there is a connect button within the app. When I click it, it loads and then nothing happens and proceeds to show me the connect button again.

Hi Luhcide

Which phone do you have?

Can you try this: Settings > Apps > Samsung Wearables app > Storage > Clear data, and restart the phone? Then connect to it again and see if you get the same issue.

I'm having the same issue. I did what you suggested and have tried some other suggestions too. I thought if I could update the firmware it might help but the app on my Microsoft Surface can't see them either. Though they work fine every other way.

I'm using a Note 10+ 5G by the way.

Hey! Check your buds and look carefully if they are fake or not. Mine were, so I had to buy a new pair 😞 A simple check is the robot voice. The original, real pair has no robot voice!

Hmmmm, you might have something there, I'm sure I heard something earlier. 🤔

Do let us know how you get on, @kiszcat.

We can try some other troubleshooting if they are official.

Hi,

How do i check the robotic sound?

Because I have the same issue and I am doubting if my earbuds are original or not.

Thank you!

Mine are indeed fake. The voice speaks to you to tell you the battery is low or if you have them in your ears and hold your finger on them she'll say "power off".
