galaxy buds+ case not charging

today i found out that somehow my galaxy buds+ case doesnt charge anymore, while the buds do charge. the case light stays red when its connected to a cable (ive tried different charging cables). It hasnt gotten wet, so that wont be the problem. i havent used the buds for 1, maybe almost 2 weeks.

does anyone know how to fix this?

My galaxy buds plus are doing similar thing one I'd fully charged but I can't seem to get the other to charge i only got them a few weeks ago really disappointing to be totally honest ☹
