Galaxy buds 3 pro

Hello!

Had my buds 3 pro charging case washed for more than 30 mins. After drying for more than 24 hours, it stopped charging.

Don't want a repair. I'd like to get a new charging case. Don't know if Samsung or any trusted third party website has the case. Any recommendation would help, please.

Done the exact same to mine on a 2 hour wash cycle. Dried and they worked fine

Hasn't worked for almost 2 weeks now. Any idea where I can get a charging case replacement?

I'd say if samsung doesn't do replacements themselves ( they didn't for pro 2s etc ) Ebay would be only shot to be honest. Hope you find some 🙏

My buds 2 went through a cycle recently, thought they had broken but managed to get the right bud working, left one still not responding.

Hi, so you accidentally washed the case?

Recall when I damaged my Buds2Pro case, sent it to Samsung for repair, the cost was basically the same as a new device, I managed to source a genuine case only off eBay

Issue seems to be the case is not a 'part' available for repair.

Just make sure the full model number is exact if from a reseller.
