i have really bad sound from my buds 3 pro using spotify any advice to get better quality?

Hi there 👋, if you want best sound quality i suggest you to use tidal, you can try it for 1 month for free and see the difference, also amazon support higher Resolution sound then spotify, so you will get better experience with them it will drain more mobile data though.

ok so tidal or amazon will give me good qualiti i have sony headphones sounds better then buds 3 pro and i read it should be better?

Yes, tidal uses looseles files and higher resolution sound and formats like flac and mqa and Spotify offers acc and ogg so tidal it's perfect for buds 3 pro unless you have other sound issues with your buds 3 pro?

Need to ensure UHD audio option is switched on in the buds settings

Wearable > sound quality and effects > advanced > UHD

As Iminvti says, the source of media also needs to be of high quality - ensure your Spotify streaming is set to the highest possible, or consider Tidal and Amazon Unlimited for lossless media.

Lastly, have a play with EQ settings for your optimal sound along with 'adapt sound' on your phone to adjust for your hearing profile.
