Galaxy buds 3 pro help

I recently got a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and I absolutely love them. However, I've ran into a small issue. When I listen to YouTube (I have YouTube Premium, so I play videos in the background), the video stops after a while. This doesn't happen when I use Spotify – only with YouTube. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I found the issue. By mistake my youtube app was in sleeping mode in the battery settings 😂

This was done because it drains the battery.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

I believe YouTube has a setting whereby if you don't interact with it for a period of time, it will stop the video and a pop up appears asking if you're still watching.

Is this what you are referring to? I don't have Premium so not sure if it applies to your device too.

Thanks for your welcome buddy. When you play a video in the background the video will continue to play without any issues, this is with youtube premium of course. But with my buds 3 pro the video stops after 1-3 minutes into the video. I don't know what this issue is. It has never happend with previous buds that I owned.
