Galaxy Buds 2 Pro seamless connection not working

Hi all,
My buds 2 pro are connected to my phone (S23 Ultra) and my Tab S9... seamless switch works. 

But my Galaxy Book 360 dies not switch. I have to manually establish the connection and after that my phone or tab would not connect seamless anymore. 

I installed the Galaxy Buds app on my laptop and seamless switch is activated. What do I do wrongly?

Hi all!

 

I think I might have found the solution for this. I've been facing issues seamlessly connecting my S24 Ultra and Galaxy Book Pro 360.

 

In your Galaxy Book, open the Samsung Account app -> click on the Samsung Cloud tab on the left. (Make sure you have downloaded the Samsung Cloud Assistant app from the Microsoft Store) -> Sync device and turn on the Bluetooth toggle. (Refer to the image below)

 

Initially, I thought it wasn't working. But after restarting my Galaxy Book, it suddenly worked. I tested playing YouTube on my Galaxy Book, and it automatically paused when I played audio on my phone. However, the other way around didn't work, which may depend on app support. But it works if I paused the audio on my phone first & then play the YouTube at my Galaxy Book, it does switch the buds back to my Galaxy Book without manually pressing any connect button

 

Please try it and let me know if it works for you as well
