Why is it that my 3 year old galaxy buds 2's (STANDARD VERSIONS.) have BETTER bass than my new Bud 3 Pro's? PRO'S. Pro's, more like cons. I don't understand... Is it just me? If it isn't just me then it's definitely cons.

On a serious note. Can I have help with it. I downloaded an external equaliser because I realised almost instantly that the Bass was non existent on the new buds, and the normal equaliser wasn't helping enough. The Bass is being dealt with kind of like how TV Bass is dealt with. You can hear it, but, cannot feel it.

After setting up the external equaliser (3rd party) I tested it and felt really good. I felt like it was livable now, and then I tried the bud 2's again and my whole bubble of happiness popped. It had made the Bud 2's Bass simply unimaginable.

Is it a fault with the actual headphones themselves or is it a missing piece of hardware or what? Is it the new shape?

Any help is appreciated.

Im not very sure what to do... thanks for the help if any is given.

I honestly would contact Samsung support and report a fault with them.
Beleive in what you are hearing, that they are not right and get them checked out by Samsung support. They will get fixed or even better, replaced.
The best place to start is through the Samsung wearable App in the Diagnostics section.

I've just tried a second pair, and I've had the same result. Is it a thing I've just gotten used to with the normal Bud 2's?

As the 3rd paragraph states, I got an equaliser system that makes it bearable now.

I pray that the buds 4 are better. I was thinking about getting buds live because those were the rave not that long ago. But, they're open ear, NO THANKS.

Thank you very much for your answer. I'll look into it.
