@Killermouth72: If your Galaxy Watch Active is frozen or unresponsive, then please try pressing the Home Key (Power Key) for more than 7 seconds to force a restart, to see if this clears up the issue. If not, and if the device is less than 24 months old, then you can arrange for a warranty inspection by reaching out to our Help Desk.

The service will be free of charge, however if physical or liquid damage is identified during the inspection then a charge will be applicable to cover the cost of the necessary repairs.
