Have you tried charging it overnight? If you do so, your battery degrades faster. After battery degradation, the battery might no longer be holding power.
You could make an appointment with Samsung Experience Store to have it checked..

Try holding the power button down on the watch for 10-15 seconds as this will reboot the watch. Also try charging your watch using powershare on your S20 to see if it charges incase the charger is faulty.

Thank you i don't charge it over night at all, will try the powershare option to see if that works.

the powershare seemed to kick it back into life, new charger required. Thank you again
