Galaxy 5 watch setting keeps defaulting

Hello.

I have a Galaxy 5 watch,
Model SM-R910NZAAEUA,
SN RFAT913RD4M.

This was bought direct from the Samsung Shop.

There is a setting on the watch that keeps reverting back to default.

Under Watch settings, advanced features, Home key, double press it is set to "go to most recent app". I change this to Amazon Alexa app and this works. However within a short period of time that setting is back to the default. I have changed it via the app on my phone as well as directly on the watch itsself and the issue is the same.

All other setting get saved correctly.

I have tried the chat support but they dont have a clue and just pointed me here.

Is there anybody here who might be able to help with this?

I have a Watch 5 Pro that does the same. I have it set to GPay but occasionally it returns to most recent app. Sounds like a bug that hopefully will get sorted in a future update.

Been testing further.

If I set it to a Samsung App it seems to remember it but if I change it to Alexa it defaults after a short time.
