I am very pleased I returned my watch7 and exchanged it for a fit3! However, there is one problem I've encountered that I hope someone here can help with!
I can create a custom workout on Samsung health for exercise intervals of 30 seconds excercise and 10 seconds rest. However, I cannot see this workout on my fit 3. What's worse is that if I try and create a custom stretching workout on the fit3, there doesn't seem to be a way of reducing the strretching part to less than 1 minute and then telling it to rest for any length of time. It's somewhat surprising that a simple tabata timer was not included in the fit3.
Hopefully someone on here will have had the issue and a solution! Thanks in advance.
