Ecg locks just before report is complete

Hi Samsung please can you fix the bug, once you start a ECG 1 of 3 things happens.

1.locks straight away - no report 

2.locks just before 30 second count down is complete - no report 

3. Locks just after ECG has been completed - report completed

Has been ongoing since most recent update.

Thank you. Your work around solution seems to work.  Now if Samsung will fix the base issue that would be great.

I'm facing the same issue on Galaxy Watch 4 BT, I'm from Brazil and I started having trouble after the last update in december. Until now, no new updates were launched for this region

So this is fixed by Samsung in Latvia, Europe. After long talks with Samsung representatives in Latvia they promised that with next update the issue will be finnaly fixed. There was an update earlier this week that finally fixed this bug.
