Ecg locks just before report is complete

Hi Samsung please can you fix the bug, once you start a ECG 1 of 3 things happens.

1.locks straight away - no report 

2.locks just before 30 second count down is complete - no report 

3. Locks just after ECG has been completed - report completed

Has been ongoing since most recent update.

The issue is simple, there was bad update that caused the problem.  The solution is as simple, wait for a patch to be issued by Samsung.  Per a Samsung agent who was the most helpful.

this started happening after the last update, but every time after ECG finishes the screen goes black and then I have to enter the PIN sometimes it doesn't even send the report to my phone sometimes it does. Very annoying.

I've just bought the watch4 classic and this is same issue I'm facing. Any way to bump this up so someone takes note?

I have just found a workaround which works for me.

Started to think why does it lock after the ECG finishes and why would the lock come on. The watch senses when it's of your wrist to enable the lock mode so the ECG must use the same sensor some how when checking and the lock program/app is locking thinking the watch is off the wrist. So I turned off my lock in the security options, which I was using the PIN number option and checked the ECG which works correctly now.
But if you select Pattern option as your lock method, the ECG still continues to work properly with out locking at the end.

Also I found out that alot of WIFI signals can cause the ECG not work properly. Found that out at work the other day (lots of WIFI and electrical signals where I work) couldn't get it to work. Got home and no issues.

So try and switch your lock method if your having the same issue.

Got the same issue on Galaxy watch 4 classic, awaiting update or bug fix.

So guys, if it is an option for you! Switch off both automatic tracking of HR and Stress levels, that fixes the issue with ECG locking watch, but not the Software ofc...

I think it's been fixed with latest update. Have completed 3 checks no issues.

Not here in Europe.. Same *****... They replaced previous watch with the new one... same issue..
