I have had the Samsung Pro buds since Dec, since yesterday they have completely lost charge and they will not charge the case, tried the reset and all it did was delete the app from my phone, I'm waiting for a reply back from the retailer, but I'm at a loss of what to do 😫

have you checked your charging cable and separately the plug

you will still have warranty under ur bud Pro and can get it replaced.
