Delete sleep target

How do I delete my sleep time target? It kept prompting me to set one and so I gave in. 

Now it is prompting me that my bedtime is soon. I sleep at different times on different days and so this is annoying. 

I can see how to edit the time but not delete it. I don't want to delete the whole of my sleep records.

You have not specified the watch and phone brand/series. If you have a Samsung GW4/5/6 that is connected to a Samsung phone, then you can set up Sleep mode. In there, you can set different start and end times for each day of the week. The watch will sync with the Sleep mode on the phone.

Hiya, It's more about on the health app, but I have a watch 5. I can find how to edit the sleep target time, but not delete it all together.
