Bought the caseology case for my buds3 Pro recently mainly as have bought this brand previously for other samsung devices and they are a sister brand to spigen, also well rated.

Fitted well and does the job of protection......until it comes to charging.
Cable charging connects ok but the case is so thick wireless charging is not possible.

So decided to return item except top part of case fits so tightly it's not possible to remove for fear of damaging the top part of the damsung case itself!

So I'm stuck with this not with no way to remove the top section.....unless anyone has any ideas?

Not impressed from a brand I'd previously rated.

Just beware that using this case loses wireless charging!

Yeah I came across a similar situation and while ago with a different brand if buds
That must be very tight fitting then.
Wonder if you can get a gap between the case and the Buds top cover. Possibly use a plastic lever or something like that to try and gently prise it off

A bit like having a mobile phone that doesn't connect to your mobile network.....
Keep the mobile and don't make calls! 😉
Defeats the purpose somewhat?

Tried that route.....failed and any further I would damage the samsung unit.

I'd say it was more like having a case on a mobile phone that stops it from charging wirelessly. In which case I'd do the same thing, use a wired charger.

False equivalence much?

Semantics......
My point is why buy a case which then removes the ability to benefit (one of the usable features) wireless charge?
You may feel that's ok but I don't especially when spending £200 on a product. But appreciate your input.

Well, personally, I don't care for wireless charging because it takes ages, so I've always preferred to use a cable; less time, job done. But if someone wants to trade in these earbuds and the case is on, then maybe that can cause trouble.

Maybe try putting it on a warm surface like a radiator long enough to warm the case. Might make it a bit more pliable and if there's any glue in there might soften it
Obviously be careful if its a hot surface
Don't want to damage anything
