Dear Samsung Support,
I’m using a Galaxy Watch 3 together with an iPhone 17 Pro (iOS 18) and I’m unable to sign in to my Samsung Account inside the Galaxy Wearable app.
When I tap “Sign in with Samsung account”, the app only shows a white screen or the error “Cannot load webpage (Error 400)”.
I’ve already tried the following steps:
Cleared Safari cache and website data
Disabled pop-up blocking and cross-site tracking
Turned off VPN / ad-blockers
Reinstalled the Galaxy Wearable app
Logged in via https://v3.account.samsung.com in Safari (this works fine)
It seems the Galaxy Wearable app still uses the older login URL https://account.samsung.com, which causes the iOS WebView to fail loading the page.
Could you please confirm if there’s an update or workaround planned for this issue?
