Can't run Samsung health, Samsung health monitor

I can't install and run any apps needed for Galaxy 4 watch to do the blood pressure/ECG thing. 

I have an Ulefone 18t. 

How do I proceed? Or you recommend other smart watch brand?

@swisswuff: Please be advised that a Galaxy smartphone running Android 7.0 or higher is required in order to use the Samsung Health Monitor app, which is needed to access the ECG and Blood Pressure Monitor features.

@swisswuff: If you're attached to you Ulefone 18t, and you would rather change your smartwatch to access ECG and Blood Pressure monitoring features, then please make sure to check the specifications of the watch, to avoid any further compatibility issues.
