Can't remember the password to my Samsung watch 5

I'm sure you can reset the Watch in the Wearable app, but after you reset the watch, during the watch setup and reconnecting to your Samsung Account, you will be asked for your Samsung Password, just to prove the watch is actually yours. This is for the owners security.
