I recently found out that you can download watch faces using coupon codes, therefore getting the watch face for free. But now when I go to the billing menu, the option to buy is greyed out and I can't purchase the Watch face? I am using the Samsung Galaxy Active 2 with a oneplus 7 phone. I have used coupons to purchase watch faces in the past and it has worked perfectly but for some reason now the option to buy the Watch face is no longer working. What can I do to fix this problem?
Greetings all. I have manage to find a solution for now.
Firstly, I'm using a Huawei Mate 20 Pro paired to my Samsung Gear S3. Firstly, to use the coupon code, ensure that the code is copied to your clipboard. Next, in your Galaxy Store App, head to the Setting tab and as seen in picture 1 below, there is a sub-tab called Vouchers. Click on it and it will bring you to picture 2 below. There, click on the Register button and then paste the coupon code from your clipboard:)
Afterwards, when successful, there will be a display under the Voucher tab showing the watch face that the discount code was entitled to. Then you may proceed to download the watch face and select 'use code' to pay instead of the your credit card.
