Can I buy just one earbud??

 Hi @ChrisDouk   I recall   customers have been able to purchase a single bud in the past.  You would need to get in touch with Samsung Support though https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/  or visit an Experience centre .

Just spent 45 mins talking to 2 support agents as the first one disappeared. U have to send it to an engineer then they send toy the cost and then u can say if u want the replacement or not
