Camera Controller app not Working on my Galaxy Watch4 Classic . Camera controller app has installed on my watch. I can see in settings/applications. But app doesnt show up on main screen and so i cant use it. By the way i cant delete or re-install the app. Help me please

Also my phone is Samsung A7 (2018)

I have the same problem with the Galaxy watch 5 pro, and Galaxy S22 Ultra! Both are literally Samsung high-end in the market! I contacted customer service --which is a joke, any time I reach them they don't know basic things like how to navigate through the phone or they don't know default Samsung apps are not removable! which I came to the conclusion that they don't even use Samsung products themselves-- they just suggested updating both phone and watch and wearable app and if it didn't work to return the watch!

This Camera Controller App on the Galaxy Watch will most likely only work on the S Series mobiles if you do not have an S Series Phone ie S9 and later this may be why you are having trouble making it work however if you have S9 or later but it shows as a black screen on you watch and or shows a message saying couldn't load preview like i had and fixed this may be because you have a VPN on your phone, I simply disconnected my VPN and the Camera Controller App worked as intended hope this helps someone.

Thanks for the tip. All I had to do was turn VPN off. The app works just fine.
