Callers can't hear me when I answer calls on my Galaxy 6 watch. I think I uninstalled something as it worked before.

In my effort to make my charge last longer I deleted some apps that I can't seem to reinstall.  Why can't callers hear me when I answer my calls on my watch?  I can hear them?
