Bug: Samsung health Auto Detect Workouts turned off, but still reporting auto workouts on phone

Hi

I have turned off 'Auto Detect Workouts' on both phone and watch, but Samsung Health on phone is still reporting auto detected workouts. I am not interested in this functionality, how do I completely (and forever more!) disable it please?!
