Buds Plus and Alexa

Has anyone been able to select Alexa as the default voice assistant. If I go into my existing voice assistant and clear the default when pressing the bud I get the option of all my assistants. If I select Bixby, Cortana or Google the default changes no problem. If I select Alexa after a few seconds Bixby activates and becomes the default.

I believe you can only have assistance from bixby and Google i don't think Alexa is a supported assistance for the buds, ive seen a similar post on reddit.
