Buds Live not connecting

Is anyone else having problems with Buds Live automatically connecting to the phone. I have tried reinstalling the app but still not working. I have a S20fe

Connects as it should on my N20 Ultra @Rich15 

 

Sometimes the animation pop up showing the charge level is a few seconds delay but that's it.

 

Try clearing the cache in Settings, apps, Galaxy Buds Live, Storage, Clear cache and if necessary clear data.

Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G SM-N9860_256Gb SnapDragon 865+

Samsung One Ui 3.1/ Android 11.

Thanks have tried that but still not connecting. I'll just turn on blue tooth first to connect.

having the same issue, they work via Bluetooth, and show in the app, but won't connect in the app.
tried clearing the cache, reloading the app, etc .
this is as far as I can get
