Everybody keeps saying that Buds 3 Pro are an improvement when it comes to sound quality compared to Buds 2 Pro, but I'm no hearing it. In fact I find the sound muddy, lacking dynamics, very flat, disappointing. I played with different settings, with equaliser, changed he tips- all to no avail. I'm playing lossless files (flac). Why is the sound so bad? What am I missing? Help, please, as I'm ready to throw these new Buds into a very deep drawer or send them back to Samsung...

Hi @ankuxab , It is not my experience, you can check the Diagnostics via Samsung Members.  If ok there do you have the latest updates and is there no difference between different modes,do you have the best sound settings on the phone?  Dolby Atmos should switch off when 360  Audio is enabled.  Assume the app is indicating that you have a good fit, which device are you using? The maximum  Bluetooth range is 10 metres.    Whilst debris can effect  Sound if you have not had the Buds that long unlikely to be the issue.   You could Factory Reset, otherwise  if still problem after all Troubleshooting unless you have a defective pair somewhat surprising.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Im not sure what is going on with yours, mine certainly sound dynamic, loud, and excellent quality. Have you switched on UHQ sound quality in the app? Have you also checked the settings in the phones sound quality and effects settings?

Done all that, software up to date, fit checked, I also checked (and played with) the settings both on the buds and on the phone (24 ultra). I managed to get it sounds a little bit better by turning off 360 sound on pods and turning on dolby atmos on phone (can't have both on). But that's a minor improvement. My old buds 2 pro still sound better. I am starting to think they might indeed be defective. Well, off to talk to Samsung, I guess. Thank you for your suggestions.

well the same, Im coming from Jabra and the sound quality in Jarba is way better than the galaxy buds pro 3... 2 days Im playing with EQ,  UHD setting, Dolby, everything, the music just sounds dull, no bass depth, no nothing. Overall I had a very bad experience with my Galaxy buds 3 pro, left earbud lost sound 1 week after usage and it took more than 2 weeks for the retailer to just tell me that they will replace them to new ones (you don't say), once getting the new ones looks like the sound quality is not as good as I expected
