Buds 3 pro fitting

I just bought my buds 3 pro 2 3 hours ago 

And I wanted to use noise cancelling but one the buds it says ( Not in your ear ) but it is same as other side I have sound 

I don't know what to do if anyone knows help me please.

Odd, even really loose. I still get poor fit.
Is the earbud working if music is played through it?

It's worth going into the app and selecting Reset, that said brand new but worth a try.

Not losing both. Sound is fine, but the one that says "not in ear" touching isn't working, but the sound is fine. I reset it, still nothing.

Check detection under controls and settings in the Wearable App, if no reset is quick, if that fails, return them pronto and buy another, don't let them repair it just gets messy.

Use the Diagnostics tool Wearble app, but takes you to the Members app.

For speaker and Mic it siad make your both earbuds are in your ear that's why I couldn't check
