@Nutter95, Where exactly did you buy the headphones ? In most cases headphones that won't connect to the Wearable app mean you have counterfeit product.

@Nutter95, As I said it could be not original Samsung product. If you can please post here few photos of the box and headphones itself. You can also verify that in nearest Samsung service center.
