Hi,

I just purchased a brand new Galaxy Buds Pro 2 from local Costco. I charged it til lights turn green on the case, and took them out to try but I noticed that the left one was 100% charged but the right one was around 21%. I thought it was odd but maybe I put them in wrong so I waited another hour to make sure, but this time again left is fine but right is 38%. I checked before closing the case that it was in contact with the case. Is it the faulty unit or how it is? Should I get a new unit? Thanks in advance. 

FYI, I've been using galaxy products my whole life and my 1st gen buds never had this problem. Buds pro 2 seems to run out of battery way faster than my 3 yrs old 1st gen buds too. I like the sound quality and game mode so I don't want to give up on them yet... but.

It sounds quite unusual for a new product to behave this way. Please check out the steps on the following link, to see if this helps at all: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-charge-samsung-galaxy-buds/

If it does not make a difference, I'd advise heading back to the store and requesting a replacement.
