I have recently spent 2000 on products, my new buds 3 have stopped working i bought them.in the Stratford store , they were tested and faulty . Management refused a refund within the time for faulty goods . I offered to pay the difference for another pair and was also refused. The item is now left in store and this has made me not want any of my current products and to never buy samsung again .

You still have 12 months warranty with the buds 3. So still in warranty, I'm pretty sure they can not refuse a repair.

You don't say where or who you bought the buds from except to mention 'stratford'
Was it a Samsung store or 3rd party retailer?
Eitherway the buds would be under warranty unless it's a 3rd party retailer who was selling dodgy sourced kit.......

Purchased in the same official samsung store in Stratford. They only wanted to change one ear buds when it's not the ear bud. Tge ear buds themselves won't even take calls, let alone charge . I even offered to buy the pro 3 in exchange and was told no .
