Answer calls

I am using an S23Ultra and the new watch ultra.

If the phone rings it also rings on the watch but if I answer on the watch I cannot hear the caller and they can't hear me.

On connections under Bluetooth the watch is connected for calls.

Any ideas please

Turn the volume up on your watch speaker and check permissions for taking calls on the watch.

The volume on the watch is full, where do I check permissions. Bluetooth is set to allow calls Thanks

On your watch go to settings > Apps > app list> scroll to phone app > click on it to see permissions are all selected and while there clear cache of the phone app.

Settings > Apps > Samsung Call > Permissions.
Samsung call is not in the app list?
