Samsung service is a joke sent my faulty buds off for repair over a month ago they can't find them at first then told my account can't be found but a courier picked them up with reference and a support person located them and said someone would call back no one did and so I called back and they can't locate my account or buds not letting this go also last time get anything from Samsung if this is the service you get.
