active2 watch problem after update

hi,

I have active2 watch after I update software I have a problem in my watch touch not work good and change between page without I doing any thing i make factory reset but it didn't help I need to know how i can solve this problem

I have similar issues, but no one from samsung seems to be bothered wid this issue.

Their customer care service is worst.
