Galaxy watch 3 LET pair to Samsung buds pro - Not hearing calls on buds pro when paired

Hello Dear Samsung Users,

 

I hope someone can assist me if you have experienced the same issue.

 

So yesterday, I bought the galaxy watch3 LTE version and Samsung buds pro. 

When I paired these devices together via Bluetooth, it was successful. However, when I receive a call from another number, I cannot hear ringing/beeping on my buds pro. When I answer a call on galaxy watch3, I can't hear the call audio on my buds pro (but can hear it only on watch3) even when they are paired together. (I have always enabled the audio and media option from the watch3 Bluetooth connection option).

 

However, when I play a media on my watch3, I can hear the audio fine in buds pro.

When I paired buds pro with Samsung note 9, I was able to play and hear media as well as calls on my buds pro.

 

Has someone experienced the same issue? Can someone assist me? Maybe I am missing a setting...

 

Things I already tried:

1. Both devices are up-to-date

2. Watch3 Bluetooth connection audio and media option enabled

3. Have reset both the watch3 and buds pro.
