@johnd76: Is your Galaxy Watch Active currently unresponsive? If so, please try placing it on charge for at least 30 minutes, then press and hold the Home and Back buttons together for around 7-10 seconds to see if you're able to power the device on in this manner. If it remains unresponsive following these steps then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the home page > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred support channel, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the watch to be inspected by an engineer.
