Active watch 2 Run data fields

Hello guys new to Samsung watches moved over from garmin.

How do I get into the run settings to change the data screens around?

Also how do I change the settings on the running coach can't find any information on this anywhere

Click on the three dots (...) beside Running and then on Workout screen. There you can adjust data that shows while exercising.
