Nordic Community Structure

Hi all 🌻

I’m so excited to see that you’ve found your way to our Nordic Community. This is a place dedicated to users from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland - but of course everyone is welcome! Because of the mix of countries - everyone is encouraged to communicate in English when using the Community.

Since we all are pretty new to this I thought I’d give you an overview guide/map on how things are structured around here, so that you can enjoy every part of the Community to the fullest.

Same here. Do not use that call number.
I submitted warrenty info that the reseller in Sweden say i have to do on my 12 months samsung A50.

Only the sound top of the phone is not working 100%.

Reseller says warrenty cover that but i need to use the samsung form and submit to them.

Nothing for 4 months

How do i get my samsung a50 sound fixed? Only the speaker top of the phone that i use to hear while talking on the phone seams half broken

Reseller says i need to make a warrenty case and submit it.
