Hi, i want to share a problem i have with my samsung smart tv.I have a different code on the tv back side.I will share pictures.Its on Bulgarian. Model Code:UE55MU6440 in About TV Information. Back Side:UE55MU6472U. Can you give me solution? Thank you for your time!

The serial number is classed as personal info, so I've deleted your original pictures and reuploaded edited ones to this topic.

And the model numbers being different like that is very odd. Where did you purchase the TV from? And have you had any repairs done on it?

I dont know for any repairs my dad buy it.Buy he buy it from legit store.I have to ask him.

I find the warranty card.The tv had motherboard replacement.
