Wont accept serial number for warranty

Trying to register Tv saying serial number invalid even though it is correct

Have you tried swapping 0 for o or vice versa

Hi @clive   Are you using the online  Registration?  if using Samsung Members can Scan QR code/barcode or  use the wifi method.

If registering via Tv serial number should appear automatically (only for models from 2020 onwards).

Registration for standard 12 month warranty is actually not required as activates at the time of purchase.
