why wont my 55" Class RU7300 Curved Smart 4K UHD TV (2019) connect to my jbl extreme 3?

I tried connecting my JBL Xtreme 3 to my TV and it won't connect and it keeps saying it won't connect and to turn My JBL Xtreme 3 on when it's on And on Bluetooth mode. Can anybody Tell me why I can't connect to my JBL Xtreme 3?
