Is there any sort of average time that a warranty dispute may take with a TV? I submitted a warranty claim the 11th of January and I've not had any luck finding much information on the process. My work has a TV that isn't working correctly and I've done all of the recommended steps to fix the issue and my next step is to try samsung's repair services, but of course I can't do that until the warranty dispute is resolved.
My boss has been asking me about the process and to see if there's any way to escalate the issue or anything to get around the issue, but I'm not aware of any other way to get this done.
Any advice or information on this would be greatly appreciated! And apologies ahead of time if I've missed something obvious.

I submitted mine on the 29th Of January and still haven't heard anything. Just says it's "In Dispute."

How do you make a warranty dispute, as try as I might, I cannot find it and I seem to be going around in circles. It tells me to make a claim, but how?!!
