wall mount for tv and soundbar

I have a  Samsung Ue55NU7300 Curved Tv and a Samsung HW-M4500 curved Soundbar.

I want to mount these on the wall with the soundbar under the TV. 

I am struggling to find exactly what brackets / mounts I need for this.

The HW-M4500 was supplied with Wall Mount Brackets, screws & a template.  These are not now available as it went out of production in 2017, and sadly no way of supplying replacements if you've not got them.

The UE55NU7300KXXU was supplied with Wall Mount adaptors required for use with any Wall Mount. It has a standard VESA spacing of 200x200mm.

The only Wall Mount us Samsung official folks can recommend is the Samsung Mini Wall Mount WMN-450/WMN-550 or WMN-650: these will fit your TV, but they do have variable availablility.
