I have an ongoing voice sync problem with my Samsung UE55RU7400 TV connected to my Samsung HW-N300 sound bar whether using a digital optical cable or bluetooth.
My workaround is to connect the Soundbar to my Virgin V6 media box directly via the digital optical cable bypassing the TV with obvious issues when using the TV Smart functions / apps.
Why is there an issue with 2 Samsung products connected to each other ?
